According to Fan Sided, "Orange Is the New Black" would be coming back to Netflix on June 17, and while no definite time has been announced, there is a possibility that it would start streaming a little before 3 a.m. ET.

Several new faces are expected to grace the show this season, faces that would be breathing life to new and interesting characters. Nevertheless, Entertainment Weekly reported that series regulars Laverne Cox (Sophia), Natasha Lyonne (Nicky), and Danielle Brooks (Taystee) would be getting less screen time this season owing to their busy schedules.

As to what viewers could expect starting June 17, it seems Alex (Laura Prepon) would continue fighting for her life despite surviving the assassination attempt that ended season 3. TV Guide said she will be forming an unexpected alliance with some inmates who would do anything to ensure Alex stays safe. However, one of the posse would threaten to blow their cover, so Alex needs to decide how far she would go to protect her life.

A shrewd Muslim inmate (Amanda Stephen) is among the new characters arriving in Litchfield this season. The hijab-wearing inmate would apparently get into a tussle with Black Cindy (Adrienne C. Moore). Blair Brown will also be joining the case as a celebrity lifestyle guru, a Martha Stewart-esque character who's charged with tax evasion. Brad William Henke will play new guard Desi Piscatella who thinks the inmates hate him. Jolene Purdy will also play a character who will be featured in a recurring role.

Season 4 is also expected to explore the aftermath of Pennsatucky's (Taryn Manning) rape not just for her but also for Charlie (James McMenamin), her rapist.

"Orange Is the New Black" season 4 will premiere this June 17 on Netflix.
