Not too long after the release of the OnePlus 3 this year, there are now rumors circulating on the internet regarding the next iteration of the OnePlus smartphone. It is possible that the tech followers will be a much bigger OnePlus in 2017, as many tech enthusiasts have already tagged the OnePlus 4 as the ultimate flagship killer.

OnePlus has been enjoying a great success in the market, mainly because of the smartphone's top of the line features and yet being sold at a relatively affordable price. Consumers who are looking for the best possible handset there is today but only has limited budget may opt to try the OnePlus smartphone. With the highly anticipated arrival of OnePlus 4 next year, one can only imagine how much more the device can offer.

According to The Bitbag, the OnePlus 4 will be boasting huge improvements on camera features over its predecessors, particularly this year's OnePlus 3. In fact, the rumors suggest that the OnePlus 4 camera may even surpass that from Samsung and Apple. It is expected to have a 23 MP rear camera, a huge improvement when compared to OnePlus 3's 16 MP camera.  The OnePlus 4 front camera is expected to boast 8 MP with Sony's sensor integration.

Further making the OnePlus 4 an ultimate flagship killer is the smartphone's impressive screen features. As early as now, many tech enthusiasts are expecting that the OnePlus 4 will be among the first unique handsets in 2017 to receive a 4K HD screen resolution with an Optic OLED screen. If a 4K OLED touch screen is not enough for a nitpicky consumer, the OnePlus 4 is also reported to use the latest 3D technology in smartphones.  Overall, the rumored size of OnePlus 4's diagonal screen is around 5.5-inch, with the rest of its body made of aluminum.

According to iTech Post, the early rumored features of the OnePlus 4 are enough to make it the formidable rival of the iPhone 8, which is also expected to arrive next year. The features of the iPhone 8 also include a 3D screen that won't require the user for 3D glasses. The two smartphones are also expected to have 4K screen display. Perhaps it is still too early to speculate which brand will reign superior, and the public should wait first for the two devices to actually be released. The OnePlus 4 and the iPhone 7 are both reported to have a September 2017 release.
