OnePlus 3T news, release date and rumored specs: Newest entry to be launched Nov. 15, with price tag of $499

Everyone in the smartphone-making arena should just hand it over to Chinese manufacturer OnePlus for staging the arrival of its OnePlus 3T in the fastest, smoothest way possible.

When the month of October has eclipsed to November until today, the imminent iteration has gone from being a notorious rumor then to a leak in a relatively short amount of time. Right after, Qualcomm has made some pronouncements indicating that the entry is indeed forthcoming. This was then followed by some teasers of the device, courtesy of OnePlus itself.

Now, the pricing of OnePlus 3T has been outed by the Oppomart, a famous online website for buying Chinese smartphones. As per the retailer, the upcoming device will be priced at $499. Apart from the retail price, the retailer has also posted the device's features and specifications.

OnePlus 3T will be enveloped by a 5.5-inch full high-definition (HD) screen with 1,920 x 1,080-pixels display resolution. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor that will be clocked at 2.35GHz. In addition, the unit will be supported by a 6G worth of random-access memory (RAM) with 64GB and 128GB storage tiers.

Optically, OnePlus 3T will be sporting a 16-megapixel (MP) camera with Sony IMX398 and is coupled by an 8MP front-facing snapper. Likewise, the entry will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor that will be embedded at its front.

OnePlus 3T will be running the official Oxygen OS-based on Android. On the other hand, its battery, which has not been disclosed yet, will be enjoying the Dash Charge technology.

As these have not been confirmed yet officially by OnePlus itself, it would be interesting to see whether most of these specifications will be outed hours from now as OnePlus 3T is rumored to be unveiled today.
