OnePlus 3 release date, specs news 2016: Device will come with 6 GB of RAM?

OnePlus 3 has been a hot topic of numerous rumors and speculations all over the internet. That is why it is not surprising that several tech benchmark websites have revealed the specs and features of the device. According to the reports, the device will come in two variants – one of which is rumored to have a whopping 6 GB of RAM.
In the previous benchmark from AnTuTu and GFXBench, there was only one variant to be launched. In their report, the device is said to be running on a Snapdragon 820 processor from Qualcomm. The device will also come out with a 5.5-inch screen with full HD display. Along with sporting the latest processor in the market, it will also run with 4 GB of RAM for optimal usage and a 64 GB internal storage capacity.
Meanwhile, in a new report from Geekbench, they claim that OnePlus 3 will have two variants – the A3000 and the A3003. According to the publications, the A3000 will be the high-end model, which is said to be carrying a 6 GB RAM. Although there are conflicting reports with regard to its specs, many fans believe that basing on the rumored hardware on different benchmarks; the new OnePlus 3 will certainly bring something good on the table.
Although these reports must be taken with a grain of salt, nobody can deny that the consistency of these new rumors suggesting that the device will have 6 GB of RAM might be a good hint that the possibilities are there.
The emerging smartphone companies from China are certainly making their mark in the competition. Although they still have a long way to catch up to companies such as Samsung and Apple, they remain to be pretty consistent with their releases in terms of specs and affordability.
There are still no reports with regard to the release of OnePlus 3; however, fans believe that it is only a matter of time before the company announces it.
