\"One Piece\" chapter 830 | Weekly Shonen Jump official website

Things seem to be unfolding pretty fast in "One Piece," and as they get more exciting with each new chapter, fans cannot help but be swept away with the story.

In the previous chapter, Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hats crew left Cacao Island after gaining new information on Sanji's whereabouts from Lady Pudding. They have no way of telling whether the intelligence is for real or just a trap, but the crew have Pudding's assurance that the route will get them through the area without being observed. However, as their ship nears Jam Island, a sea monster appears and looks like it is about to swallow the ship whole with everyone aboard.

In the upcoming "One Piece" chapter 830, the story is said to pick up with this scene where Luffy fights the monster but somehow ends up falling into the water as Pedro tries to steer their ship safely. Whatever fate may have befallen Luffy is something only the next chapter can tell fans.

Some speculation is also offered to explain why Jinbe made an unexpected appearance in chapter 829. It is said that, in the new chapter, he is going to tell Big Mom of the presence of Luffy and his crew in Cacao Island as well as their plans, after he keeps a close eye on them. This may later lead to an altercation between the Straw Hats and Charlotte Lilin's crew. Speculation is also high that the Vinsmokes may appear in the next chapter and take Big Mom's side when the skirmish breaks out.

Big Mom is also set to confront Jinbe about his plans to leave Lilin's crew, but the latter is going to deny it. The former is taking Jinbe's word for it and asks him to help out with the upcoming wedding.

Jinbe may also decide to tell on Pekoms by informing Big Mom that Pekoms has close ties with the Straw Hats. Pekoms is also rumored to reveal significant information to Big Mom as he is held captive in her ship.
