The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 is expected to hit the market very soon, and if the latest rumors are anything to go by, the first batch of the latest NVIDIA high-performance graphic cards unit will be out this July. It has long been rumored that the AMD's latest GPU card, the AMD RX 480, will be the closest rival of NVIDIA 's latest graphics offering. However, it has been confirmed just now by several tech and game enthusiasts that the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 is poised to match the AMD RX 480's capabilities. Therefore, if the specifications and physical descriptions of the two top video cards of this generation are nearly identical, it can also be expected that the new Nvidia and AMD GPUs will have similar pricing range.

According to the latest report from the PC Advisor, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 will be the latest mid-range graphics card offering by the successful tech company, although the high-end graphics card units of Nvidia like the GTX 1070 are still out in the market as of today.

For those who want to get a high-performance GPU card but for an affordable price, waiting for the GeForce GTX 1060 can be a good answer. So far, the latest rumors suggest that the avid gamers may not have to wait long to have the latest Nvidia GPU. If the rumors are anything to go by, it will be out by July 19.

PC Advisor also expects the price of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 to be at around $249 in the United States, although the price range of the said GPU card is still unknown for those living in the United Kingdom and other European countries. Although, there is also a rumor that it will be put on sale at Â£275 in the UK for the Founders Edition.

Meanwhile, reports about the latest gaming benchmark for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB suggest that it will do a great job in showing latest games such as "Grand Theft Auto 5," "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," and "Fallout 4."
