'No Man's Sky' release date update and news: Will the game be affected by Sean Murray's statement?

"No Man's Sky" is already on its way to PS4 and PC platforms on June 21. A lot of fans have been waiting for the game after it was built up by numerous rumors and speculations. However, the title's head of the programming team, Sean Murray, is not totally confident of the success of the game once it comes out in the market.
Murray of Hello Games has expressed his concerns about the upcoming game through his Twitter account. He is not quite sure if "No Man's Sky" will find success in the tight video game market these days.
"@NoMansSky @hellogames I'm really unsure about this game, I was super hyped but it seems like something is missing, will it flop?"
Although nobody can really tell how the game will be received by fans once it hits the shelves, fans expect some positivity about the game – especially coming from someone who has led a team to make it possible.
Murray's comment came out after a fan questioned the game's credibility to find success in the gaming world. The game was hyped up when the company revealed it. The lead programmer's comment is in a form of question directed towards many players who have followed the game since its announcement.
Nevertheless, there are also people who believed that Murray's statement is obviously sarcastic; however, those who did not get the message deserve some sort of explanation coming from him. On his part, Murray did not provide any more comment after the controversy.
Meanwhile, International Business Times reported that Hello Games may have already provided significant details about the adventure survival video game; however, the media outlet stated that there will be more surprises to be revealed as the release date gets nearer.
As of the moment, fans will have to stay tuned for further updates from Hello Games.
