The confirmed release date for Hello Games' "No Man's Sky," June 21, is just around the corner. The video game has made everyone in the gaming world talking because of its visually stunning graphics, along with its vast universe users can play in.

Folks over the British game studio recently revealed a six-minute video titled "The Art of No Man's Sky" where the science behind creating the game was discussed. Additionally, Hello Games founder Sean Murray wrote a post on the PlayStation Blog where he expressed his excitement in letting others try the sci-fi game before it becomes commercially available.

"Last month saw the biggest reveal for the game since our nerve-wracking debut at the VGX Awards. We showed a small demo to hundreds of journalists from around the world, who called the game 'breathtakingly beautiful' (Wired) and 'insanely exciting' (io9).

"It was lovely to show the game to real people, and see so many gamers play in so many different ways (And be surprised by what they discovered!).

"One of those folks was fellow sci-fi nerd Anthony Carboni. Once I had finished asking him a million questions about meeting the cast of Star Wars (he hosted The Force Awakens premiere), I thought it'd be fun to let him play."

Murray played the demo first, while he gave Carboni a tour of the game's universe. Carboni looked sold on the game that he decided to give it a try for himself, and looked pleased with the overall gameplay.

While fans wait for the game's debut,  IGN exclusively  released a 24-hour time-lapse of "No Man's Sky." The one-minute clip features how "a full day to night cycle looks like while standing in the same spot on the same planet." A limited edition custom faceplate will also be available, and it will be available on the same week of the game's launch date.

"No Man's Sky" will hit the shelves on June 21, and it will be available for the PlayStation 4.
