Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Quinn (Jennifer Esposito) and Palmer (Brian Dietzen) will travel out to sea after a navy lieutenant's corpse is found on a destroyer during a tiger cruise in the upcoming episode of hit CBS procedural series "NCIS" season 14.

Titled "Love Boat," next week's episode will see the agents work on a water-related incident. According to the official synopsis, the body of a navy lieutenant is discovered aboard a destroyer while a tiger cruise is ongoing. During that time civilian guests are allowed to spend the night on the ship, so Gibbs, Quinn and Palmer have to travel out to sea to find more leads. Meanwhile, McGee (Sean Murra) begins thinking about the perfect proposal for his girlfriend, Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman).

After showrunner Gary Glasberg's untimely passing last week, the people behind "NCIS" paid tribute to their beloved boss by showing a special end card at the close of season 14's third episode titled "Privileged Information." It echoed the statement released by the cast and crew after the exec's sudden passing, which reads:

"Gary was our rock, our cheerleader, our team captain. He inspired us with his leadership, his creative instincts and keen insight. NCIS will not be the same without him, and each of us will miss his smiling face and unwavering humor, which lifted us every day."

In the next episode of "NCIS: New Orleans" airing on Oct. 11, the same card will also appear.

Glasberg first joined the "NCIS" family as a co-executive producer back in season 7. Later that season, he was promoted to EP and come season 9, he took over as showrunner after Shane Brennan vacated the post to launch the spinoff program "NCIS: Los Angeles."  In 2013, Glasberg shepherded the "NCIS: New Orleans" spinoff with "NCIS" lead actor Mark Harmon.

The 14th season of "NCIS" airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
