'Naruto Shippuden' spoilers: Is there a bigger threat than Otsutsuki clan? Kaguya's feared enemy might be explained in 'Boruto' manga

The previous two episodes of the highly popular anime series "Naruto Shippuden" have revealed the backstory of one of the most intriguing characters in the show, Otsutsuki Kaguya. In the manga version of "Naruto," Kaguya appeared all of a sudden as Black Zetsu betrayed Madara and used the latter as a vessel to revive the Rabbit goddess to her full power. Although some chapters of the manga tried to explain Kaguya's real motives, some fans were still left puzzled by her mysterious origin. In Episodes 460 and 461 of "Naruto Shippuden," the creators have given the fans more about Kaguya and her two sons, Hagoromo and Hamura.
So far, the "Naruto" followers have learned that Kaguya descended from the skies to follow the Divine Tree, which also fell to Earth a couple of millennia ago. In the midst of humans' constant longing for conflict instead of peace, Kaguya decided to eat the fruit of the Divine Tree, giving her immense power and a third eye, the Rinne Sharingan, that allowed her to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi upon the world. The viewers also learned that Kaguya became pregnant with the Land of Ka's emperor named Tenji. She gave birth to twin males that she named Hagoromo and Hamura, and together with her children, Kaguya ruled over the remaining populace of the world as an all-powerful goddess.
However, in spite of being revered as a loving goddess, others also viewed her as a tyrant who oppressed other people that do not submit themselves to her power. In the previous episode, Hagoromo and Hamura learned about the secret of the Divine Tree, in which the people sacrificed in the ritual for the Divine Tree will fall "dead" and bound to it for ages. To note the manga, it was explained that the White Zetsus were actually the first humans who were captured by the mysterious tree during the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Kaguya's sons pleaded to discontinue the Divine Tree ritual, but their mother refused and claimed that the ritual was necessary to ready the world for the arrival of "The Others."
Many users of the Gamefaq forum have discussed the mystery of the so-called "others" that led Kaguya to create the White Zetsu army to prepare for their arrival. It was first rumored that the "others" were actually Kaguya's Otsutsuki relatives, Momoshiki and Kinshiki, who were first introduced in the "Naruto" universe through the "Boruto" movie. However, there are doubts whether the two Otsutsuki members were actually the beings Kaguya had always feared of. There are speculations that Kaguya's real enemy that is far more powerful than her has yet to be introduced in the stories, and the current "Boruto" manga series may introduce the greatest threat to the shinobi world in the future.
