'Naruto Shippuden' Episode 462 news, spoilers, rumors: Hagoromo, Hamura to witness Kaguya becoming the Ten Tails Beast

The previous two episodes of the highly popular manga series "Naruto Shippuden" have provided very important backstories involving some of the most intriguing and mysterious characters in the shinobi world. Specifically, the background of the infamous rabbit goddess and the strongest user of chakra in existence, Otsutsuki Kaguya, has been revealed. Also, the early life of Kaguya's eldest son, the Sage of Six Paths Hagoromo, together with his twin brother Hamura, has been revealed.

The Otsutsuki matriarch was revealed to be an entity from the heavens that landed on Earth to guard the Divine Tree. She had a relationship with a human, Lord Tenji of the Land of Ka, and their union bore twin sons, Hagoromo and Hamura. As Kaguya found the longing of humans for war and their abhorrence for peace, she decided to eat the fruit of the Divine Tree, allowing her to gain a third eye, the Rinne Sharingan, and cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi for the first time in the world.

Together with her children, Kaguya ruled over the remaining humans for many years, although Hagoromo and Hamura have learned of their mother's dark secret, especially with the ritual of the Divine Tree. They learned that Kaguya had sacrificed many humans to the Divine Tree to use their life force, and apparently, one of the sacrifices was Hagoromo's close friend, Haori. This caused a rift in the relationship between Kaguya and her sons, and the next episodes titled "I Created the Past" will feature the great battle among the strongest chakra users in history.

To recall the original manga, Kaguya merged with the Divine Tree and became the fearsome Ten Tails Beast in order to defeat her two sons. However, Hagoromo and Hamura were able to defeat their mother together and sealed her using a very powerful jutsu. After several millennia, Kaguya will then be released from slumber and threaten the world once again, but Naruto and Sasuke will be there to stop her at all cost.
