'Narcos' season 2 release date, plot spoilers: Final full trailer video, new poster released; Who killed Pablo?

Netflix's critically-acclaimed drama "Narcos" returns for its second season, and the hunt for drug kingpin Pablo Escobar (Wagner Moura) is on. One week before the show's premiere, a new trailer has been released featuring the last days of Escobar before he was fatally shot.
"This wasn't just a manhunt, this was war," a background voice says in the trailer titled "#WhoKilledPablo." The first moments of the clip show a deluge of news anchors reporting about Escobar's shocking prison escape. By the looks of it, a lot of people have a vested interest in finding Pablo and they are all willing to risk everything to capture him. Meanwhile, another voice warns that the notorious criminal's "days are numbered." The theme of the teaser highlights the mystery behind Escobar's murder in real life since up until today, there is still a debate on who really fired the shot that killed him. If one thing is for sure, there are many potential individuals who would want payback now that Escobar is out on the streets again.
If the trailer is not enough to tide fans over, a new and fitting poster has also been released by the streaming giant. The image features Escobar's face entirely made up of bullets which likely symbolizes the many people who are after him.
"Narcos" is a crime drama which chronicles the riveting real-life tales of drug kingpins in the late 1980s, and the efforts of law enforcement to stop them. Season 2 will follow Escobar's escape from prison and his death after being cornered in his neighborhood. As of now, Netflix has not yet renewed the series for another season.
