'Murder in the First' season 3 episode 6 spoilers news: Terry and Hildy worry after losing prime suspect for ongoing case, Terry doubts his true feelings for Hildy

Terry and Hildy worry about an ongoing case because a primary suspect may have been killed by his gangster enemies in the upcoming episode of TNT's cop drama "Murder in the First" season 3.

Last week's episode saw the murder of a prime suspect in the Normandy Parker case. Siletti's legal problems got worse because of a civil lawsuit which resulted in issues in his family life. In order to move on from Terry, Hildy decided to go on out on another date.

SFPD Homicide Inspectors Terry English and Hildy Mulligan will face major issues in their careers and personal lives when episode 6 airs this coming Sunday. After finally tracking down a prime suspect, the two detectives start to worry about losing him because of his gangster enemies.Terry becomes doubtful of his real feelings for Hildy after she agrees to go out with Burnside again. Meanwhile, Siletti has to prepare for his own trial.

To give fans an insight of the next episode, the official synopsis reads:

"Terry and Hildy fear they may have lost a prime suspect to his gangster enemies. Terry is left to question his true feelings when Hildy agrees to another date with Burnside. Siletti prepares for the most crucial trial of his career: his own."

In the promo trailer for episode 6, Terry confronts a suspect in a bar and says: "That's it, I'm taking you in." It appears that the suspect tried to fight with Terry, but the detective managed to protect himself. The next scene showed a house and police cars all around the property, as Terry rushes to go to the crime scene. He confirms that shots are fired while a woman in the background says: "He'd still be alive if it wasn't for me."
