Motorola Droid Turbo 3 release date, specs news 2016: Device will come in October with 6 GB of RAM?

Despite Motorola's unsuccessful runs in the smartphone industry, the company appears to be not giving up as rumors are starting to circulate that the company will release a new device called, Motorola Droid Turbo 3. According to the renowned tech leaker, Evan Blass, the company is planning to roll out two devices this year – Droid Turbo and Droid Max.

"So now I'm hearing that there are going to be both a Maxx 3 as well as a Turbo 3. #dejavu," the famous tipster wrote on his Twitter account.

According to the reports, the two upcoming devices will be released in October, which is exactly one year after their predecessors became available in the market.

Meanwhile, Motorola has yet to confirm the release date and the specs of the rumored Motorola Droid Turbo 3; however, Geek Snack already has an idea what the device will be made of. According to the publications, the handset will be powered by Snapdragon 820 from Qualcomm. It will run on the current Android 6.0 Marshmallow; however, there are reports suggesting that the device could debut with the latest Android N from Google, given that the handset will be launched in October 2016.

The tech website also added that the device will have a 4500 mAh battery that includes fast wireless charging. It will also feature a USB Type-C connection and a 16 MP rear snapper to go along with its 8MP selfie camera.

The tech publications also suggested that the device may have 6 GB RAM with an internal storage of 128 GB. Basing on the specs under the hood, the upcoming Motorola Droid Turbo 3 is definitely not your average smartphone today. It has all the specs and features to compete with the best ones in the market.
