Moto X 2016 release date, specs rumors: Device will be launched in May?
Ever since the first rumor of Moto X 2016 smartphone came out on the internet, the upcoming device has become a favorite subject of numerous speculations online. According to the latest report, the flagship smartphone could be launched in May during an alleged Motorola event. In addition to the new report, there are speculations suggesting the specs and features of the device.
Although the company has yet to release an official statement with regard to the rumored device, tech observers have reason to believe that the next flagship model from Motorola is meant to bring back the brand back into the tight smartphone market.
According to the popular tech leaker, Evan Blass, Motorola could be releasing a new model anytime soon. He posted an alleged image of the smartphone, stating that it could be the next Moto G4 Plus or the Moto X 2016. Nonetheless, the company has yet to confirm these rumors.
Gigjets also reported that One Motorola Facebook has shared several images of the device, along with the rumored Moto G 2016. The images show the smartphone in different colors, which is an indication that the device can be customized just like its previous iterations.
Meanwhile, there are speculations that the upcoming Moto X 2016 will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor from Qualcomm, along with 4 GB of RAM. It is also said to be carrying a 5-inch screen with full HD display capability; however, there are also speculations suggesting that the device may also come with QHD display.
As of the moment, there are no details found with regard to its camera feature but tech observers predict that the company will soon release the official details of the smartphone leading to its release.
Lenovo is the new owner of Motorola and fans are hoping that the company can help bring the brand back to its glory days.
