According to the latest reports, there are heavy speculations suggesting that Motorola will unveil the Moto X 2016 anytime soon.
Although Motorola or Lenovo has yet to provide concrete details with regard to the development and release of the upcoming Moto X 2016, Christian Today reported that the device might get announced at the IFA 2016 in Berlin, Germany. The publication also reported that the company might also reveal the smartphone's specs and features.
There are also speculations circulating all over the internet suggesting that the company might release a new line starting with the Moto M 2016 instead of the rumored Moto X 2016. However, there are also reports saying that Moto X 2016 might get launched alongside the highly anticipated Moto Z Play.
If rumors prove to be true, the Moto X 2016 will arrive running on a Snapdragon 625 processor from Qualcomm.

According to the publication, the Moto Z Play will be available exclusively for Verizon at $17 a month once the device hits the market. However, the price could change depending on the data plans. According to the report, an unlocked version of the Moto Z Play device will come out in October.
