Michelle Duggar Celebrates 48th Birthday With Family

Michelle Duggar, matriarch of the Duggar family from TLC's "19 Kids and Counting," celebrated her 48th birthday on Saturday with her massive family, with her children sending her well wishes via social media.

Duggar, who has given birth to 19 children, reportedly celebrated her 48th birthday with her daughter, Jill Duggar, by visiting a local nail salon for a pedicure and manicure.

"Happy birthday to my hero and the most amazing mom in the world! Love you! #duggarfam," Jill Duggar tweeted along with a photo of her and her mom at the nail salon. Jill recently announced that she and newlywed husband Derek Dillard are reportedly expecting their first child together.

Other Duggar family members, including Dillard, also tweeted their well wishes to the family matriarch. "Happy birthday to my favorite mother-in-law!" Dillard wrote.

Jessa Dillard, who recently announced her engagement to boyfriend Ben Seewald, also wished her mother Happy Birthday on Twitter: "Happy birthday, Mom! I love you sooo much! You're my hero!" Jessa wrote.

Josh Duggar, the oldest sibling of the Duggar clan at age 26, also shared a photo of himself with his mom and the caption: "Happy birthday to the best mom ever! #19kids."

Photos posted to "The Duggar Family" Twitter handle show a birthday gift basket filled with Jelly Bellys, lotion and candles, as well as a sign painted by the children that reads: "Happy Birthday Momma! We Love you!"

Duggar has previously said that although she is approaching her 50's, she and husband Jim Bob would not be opposed to having more kids if it is in God's plan for them.
