So much has already been talked about the upcoming LG G Flex 3. The rumors eventually started to die down; however, new reports have emerged suggesting that the new smartphone will be introduced at the IFA 2016 in Berlin.

According to reports, the new device will boast superior specs and features compared to its predecessors. Rumor has it that it will run on a Snapdragon 820 from Qualcomm, along with 4 GB of RAM. There are speculations suggesting that new iteration will come out in two variants – the 32 GB and 64 GB models. Both versions' storage capacity is expandable using microSD.

The handset is said to be carrying a 5.5-inch Quad HD display. It will have a modular design, which will support the modules of "G5 Friends." The Quad HD feature will definitely improve the display quality of the new model.

According to a report by Techno Buffalo, the smartphone will be sporting a 16 megapixels main camera, alongside its 8 megapixels selfie snapper.

Nonetheless, these reports have yet to be confirmed by the South Korean multinational electronics company.

Meanwhile, according to Phone Spot, the previous iterations were the first flexible smartphones offered in the market by any manufacturer. However, despite its impressive specs and features, it did not do pretty well in the industry.

The last model of the LG G Flex was the first smartphone to run on a Snapdragon 810 processor. It was also the first one to have the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. The LG G Flex 3 is going to run on a Snapdragon 820, which is why many people are expecting it to perform better than the last model.

What's interesting is that its "self-healing" feature from the previous model may not be present on the new one. Tech observers are hoping that LG will include all the features from the previous models while adding some impressive ones.
