There have been numerous rumors and speculations surrounding the future projects from game developer, Valve. "Half-Life 3" and "Left 4 Dead 3" have been hot topics online, and although Valve has continued to stay silent about its plans for the future, fans and critics have also continued to spread rumors all over the internet. According to reports, Valve is planning to release the next installment of its first-person shooter horror series, "Left 4 Dead."

According to the report, the company is said to launch the upcoming title in 2017. Details of the development of "Left 4 Dead 3" have been leaked online by Minh Le, an ex-Valve employee. Known as Gooseman, Le revealed that the company is planning to introduce "Left 4 Dead 3" at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 in June. In a report by Express, Le said that Valve is more focus on bringing the next installment of the"Left 4 Dead" series than the other first-person shooter video game, "Half-Life 3."

Fans started to wonder if there is weight in the leaked information since "Half-Life 3" is one of the most popular video game series in the business. However, there are also speculations suggesting that the reason why Valve is concentrating on bringing "Left 4 Dead 3" to the market compared to creating another "Half-Life 3" project is because of the horror game's, online multiplayer mode.

Meanwhile, according to reports, the new "Left 4 Dead 3" will have four main characters – 3 male; Garrett Jr., Keenan, Irvin and Katherine, which is the lone female in the group. Garrett Jr. is said to be a Kenpo fighter, Keenan is described to be a book nerd, while Irvin is said to be involved in an organized crime group.

As of now, Valve has yet to confirm any of these reports. While some fans are positive that the company will release "Left 4 Dead 3" anytime soon, it is best to wait for an official word from the creator before making any assumption.
