"Kingdom Hearts" have been waiting for the next installment of the series to come out. It has been more than 15 years since the last title of the action role-playing video game series was released, which explains why it never fails to excite many fans to get excited every time they hear reports about the upcoming "Kingdom Hearts 3." There have been numerous rumor and speculations that the game might get introduced at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 in June.

Many fans have reasons to believe that the upcoming title will be launch at the event. In a report by GamingBolt, the game developer Square Enix allegedly confirmed the report. However, it was immediately corrected by the senior editor of The Koalition, Jakejames Lugo, who said that it was not an official confirmation that the game will be introduced at E3, Bitbag reported.

"Some outlets have sourced us by saying Square Enix confirmed this to us. This was NOT the case," Lugo explained. "The conversation had before/after the interview did not confirm KH3 at E3 2016 as it was a loose discussion, nor did Mr. Okayama confirm anything as such during our interview. Adding this note for further clarification. Hope that clears everything up!"

Meanwhile, there are also speculations that Square Enix might decide to release the game in 2017. This actually makes sense because the series will also be celebrating their 15th Anniversary.
