Kensington Palace Warns Photographer About 'Stalking' Baby George

Lawyers representing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have asked a photographer to stop "harassing" Prince George, son to Kate Middleton and William.
Kensington Palace released a statement saying they are demanding the photographer stop harassing George after he was reportedly seen at a park, following the child and his nanny. The royal palace said it would not hesitate to pursue legal options if the photographer, Niraj Tanna, did not stop his behavior.
The palace said it has "reason to suspect that the individual may have been placing Prince George under surveillance and monitoring his daily routines for a period of time."
A statement from the legal team adds that Middleton and William have "taken legal steps to ask that an individual ceases harassing and following both Prince George and his nanny as they go about their ordinary daily lives."
The royal family's legal team has reportedly described Tanna's actions as "stalking" and said they will pursue legal action if such aggressive behavior does not stop.
Tanna has defended his actions, issuing a seven page retort to Kensington Palace that called the royal family's claims were "groundless" and "wholly without foundation."
"He will continue to undertake his work with the concerns of the Prince's parents very much in mind," the statement adds.
Middleton is reportedly still suffering health problems as she carries her second child. The Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly suffering similar symptoms as she did with her first child that include severe morning sickness and mandatory bed rest. She has had to cancel several royal engagements due to her illness.
