Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, is still reportedly suffering from extreme morning sickness, having to cancel yet another public appearance due to her current state of health.

Middleton was forced to cancel her appearance on Wednesday at the Clore Art Room at the Barlby Primary School in London, a charity that offers art as an outlet to children who struggle with behavioral issues.

Kate suffered similar issues with her first child, George, born last summer in London. The Duchess of Cambridge has already been forced to bow out of other royal engagements due to her sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum, or acute morning sickness. Before, her husband, Prince William has been able to attend some events in her place, but this time Middleton sent a personal letter to the Clore Art Room apologizing for her absence.

"I am truly sorry that I cannot be with you all today as you celebrate this milestone. As patron of The Art Room, I feel great pride to see the work that the charity is doing. Vulnerable children flourish in the safe havens that The Art Room provides; this highlights just how important it is to support children at a time when they most need help and support," the apology read, in part.

A spokesperson with Kensington Palace also confirmed Middleton's illness, saying in a brief statement that the duchess's ability to attend future engagements will be "kept under review on a case-by-case basis."

Prince William has previously said that although his wife's health remains "so-so," he is extremely excited for the couple's second addition to their royal family.
