Kaley Cuoco, the sweet and bubbly actress who plays "Penny" in "The Big Bang Theory," is rumored to be experiencing marital problems with her husband, Ryan Sweeting. It was rumored that they recently filed for a divorce. However, Kaley and Ryan have denied that.
Kaley debunked the rumors by posting an Instagram photo showing her and his husband together at courtside during a Los Angeles Lakers game last November as the TV actress was munching on a salad while her tennis player husband was holding a bag of popcorn.
Amid the rumors, the couple seems as close as ever although they've had public spats, reports the International Business Times. The image that the couple projects appears to negate the rumors that their allegedly "dysfunctional" marriage may soon crumble towards divorce.
Kaley has been accused of "erratic behavior" that Ryan is allegedly fed up with. The tennis player is rumored to be currently living in the guest room of their Los Angeles house.
Reports claim that Kaley's change in attitude is rooted in the fact that her pay for her role in the hit CBS show "The Big Bang Theory" has increased dramatically. Kaley will be receiving $1 million per episode in her renewed contract.
However, the way "Penny" is behaving on social media is contrary to what has been reported of her. She's been active and posting pictures of her and her husband, apparently happy with each other. In fact, during the Halloween, the couple did an unusual Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez imitation act -- that is, Kaley Cuoco as Justin Bieber and Ryan Sweeting as Selena Gomez.
This isn't the first time that rumors arose about the couple's marriage problems. They got married on Dec. 31, 2013 after just three months of dating. They got a tattoo of their wedding date soon after. Here's to hoping that the rumors indeed aren't true.
