Justin Bieber's latest tattoo signifies a newfound 'Purpose' in his journey with Christ

The Canada-based international pop superstar, Justin Bieber has been very busy this month with a scheduled world tour for his recent album. He has also made a huge comeback with his recent singles like "Love Yourself," "Sorry," and "Company" now topping the charts worldwide and making him recruit more silent fans to his ever-growing international fan base. While the world tour of the singer is still ongoing, Bieber has something new in his skin to show his fans.
Just recently, the 22-year-old global hitmaker has revealed his latest inking art to his followers. Posting the "tattoo selfie" through a post on Instagram, Bieber has unveiled his newly-drawn face tattoo somewhere near the corner of his eye.
The appearance of the tattoo is not too abstract as the drawing is basically a small cross. The person behind the pop singer's latest tattoo art is Jonathan Valena, also known as "JonBoy." In an interview with E! News, Bieber's tattoo artist said that the new inking piece means something important in the singer's rejuvenated Christian faith, and it tells a lot about his experience with God amid all the blessings he has been receiving so far this year.
According to Valena, who is based in the West 4 Tattoo studio in New York, the small cross in Bieber's face is "a representation of his faith in Jesus and his journey with finding purpose in God".
Meanwhile, Bieber held the Philadelphia leg of his "Purpose" world tour last Saturday where several of his sworn "Beliebers" showed up to express their love and support for the artist. According to the Daily Mail UK, Bieber delivered a tender and heartfelt performance towards the end of the show. At one time when he was singing the strip-down version of the hit song "Purpose," Bieber was seen holding back his emotions.
"I'm more than grateful for the time we spent, my spirit's at ease, I put my heart into your hands, Learn the lessons you teach," Bieber said during the concert.
"No matter what, wherever I am. You're not hard to reach, and you've given me the best gift that I've ever known. You give me purpose every day, you give me purpose in every way. Oh, you are my everything."
