Jessa Duggar '19 Kids And Counting' News: Reality Star Reveals Photo of Engagement Ring
As hype regarding the recent engagement of Jessa Duggar continues to swirl, the "19 Kids and Counting" star flashed a shot of her engagement ring via social media recently, although she only showed the back side of the new piece of jewelry.
Jessa Duggar, who announced her engagement to fiancé Ben Seewald earlier this month, posted a photo of her left hand on Instagram on Tuesday. The photo shows only the palm of her hand, and a silver band can be seen on her ring finger, but no diamond is revealed in the tantalizing photo.
"Y'all! I still can't believe it! I'M ENGAGED TO THE MOST AMAZING GUY ON EARTH! Every time I look down at the ring on my finger...it takes my breath away! I love you, @ben_seewald!" Jessa wrote as a caption for the photo.
Jessa, 21, has already changed her Instagram handle to "Jessa Seewald" since she became engaged to her boyfriend of 11 months on August 14. The couple is part of the evangelical Christian Duggar family and therefore undertakes a courtship process to get to know each other before becoming engaged.
Jessa has previously said that she enjoys her 19-year-old fiancé Ben's "mellow personality," saying the two are a good fit for each other because Ben is "very romantic and very sweet. I am very cut and dried. And my sisters are coaching me on sweet romantic things to say."
While Jessa announced her engagement earlier this month, her sister, Jill Duggar, announced that she is expecting her first baby with husband of three months, Derick Dillard. "Both of us want as many kids as God will give us," Jill previously told ABC News. "My parents have kept popping them out so we'll see how [our] fertility is!"
