Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy Dating Rumors: News Heat Up Post-DWTS 2014

Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy didn't win the Glitter Ball trophy on "Dancing With The Stars," but by the looks of it they walked off with the beginnings of a relationship.

Since the show's finale aired a few days ago they have been spotted together holding hands, adding credence to the rumors that the couple was dating even while they were on DWTS.

During the 19th season of "Dancing With The Stars," Parrish, who stars on "Pretty Little Liars" as Mona, was paired with professional dancer Chmerkovskiy. Since they first appeared on the show, the pair has been inseparable. Viewers have noticed that they share a good chemistry. In October, Parrish ended her one-and-a-half-year relationship with actor Payson Lewis.

While they were on the show, Parrish and Chmerkovskiy refused to comment on the status of their relationship. Parrish even wrote a blog post for People in which she addressed the rumored romance, saying she wanted people to "focus on the dancing and hard work we do as part of the show."

However, she also appreciated that people noticed the good chemistry between her and Chmerkovskiy.

After the show ended, Parrish mentioned to Access Hollywood that she shared a "really strong bond and made an amazing connection" with Chmerkovskiy and hoped that it would continue. She also playfully added that "if he doesn't call me after he moves back to New York, I'm gonna hunt him down."

The pair was shortly thereafter seen out and about in New York holding hands and appeared on "Good Morning America" along with Mirror ball trophy winners Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson.

In the weeks and months ahead Parrish and Chmerkovskiy are sure to get more attention in the press and in social media sites. People are also wondering if their romance will survive the show which has seen a number of short-lived romances between dancing partners.
