Another major cameo is up ahead in the next episode of The CW's hit dramedy "Jane the Virgin" season 3.

After previously welcoming Kesha, Paulina Rubio, Britney Spears and Colombian singer Juanes, the show will see popular guest stars again.Titled "Chapter Forty-Seven," next week's episode will see Gloria and Emilio Estefan make a cameo appearance. According to the official synopsis for episode 3, Jane (Gina Rodriguez) continues working on her thesis. When she adds Alba's (Ivonne Coll) estranged sister to the narrative, Alba doesn't seem too pleased about it .

Elsewhere, Rogelio (Jaime Camil) will stop at nothing just to have a chance at being an American crossover star. In a desperate move, he decides to bring the Passions of Santos to The CW, hoping they will eventually pick it up. Xo (Andrea Navedo) considers letting of her dream to become a well-known singer to focus on something more realistic, while Luisa (guest star Yara Martinez) struggles to choose between her family or Rose (guest star Bridget Regan). Additionally, the episode was at the helm of a familiar face with "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria as the director,

In the previous episode titled "Chapter Forty-Six," Rafael (Justin Baldoni) finally declared that he was over Jane and he seemed happy to no longer be pining for the mother of his son. Meanwhile, Michael (Brett Dier) continued to heal from his injuries after being shot in the season 2 finale. Is it really the end of the show's love triangle?

Speaking with reporters during a recent screening of the episode, series creator Jennie Snyder Urman confirmed that Rafael is definitely ready to move on. "It is now," she stated. "It is so hard to describe because I know where all these choices go, but it's not over, but it is over now. I would say people should still hold out hope because things get complicated and life gets complicated. It's there underneath. We're not at the end of our series, ideally."
