'Jane the Virgin' season 3 episode 13 spoilers, news: Jane gets herself and Mateo on school's bad side; Rafael involved in Scott's death?

Jane (Gina Rodriguez) oversteps her place at Mateo's school which gets her on the bad side of an important school member. Meanwhile, Rafael (Justin Baldoni) might be involved in Scott's (Wes Armstrong) murder.
On the next episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 3, Jane gets in trouble at Mateo's school for trying to do the right thing.
As seen from the episode 13 promo, Jane approaches two mothers and tells them to grow up and stop gossiping. At the same time, Jane disses one of them, who turns out to be someone important in Mateo's school.
Jane came to Petra (Yael Grobglas) for help, who tells her that Mateo will probably get the bad kindergarten teacher because of this incident. But Petra will suggest something to Jane that might get her back into the school's good graces.
"When Jane messes up at Mateo's school, Petra convinces Jane to help with the preschool fundraiser to get in the good graces of the preschool's director," the synopsis posted on The Futon Critic reads.
Meanwhile, Rafael might be involved in Scott's murder, as it was suggested in the previous episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 3.
When Scott's murder was ruled out as an accident, Rafael told his friend, Elvis (Craig Lee Thomas), from prison. "That was close." His new friend responded, saying, "It would have been bad for us if they ruled it a murder."
There have been no indications yet why Rafael would have Scott murdered, but there are speculations that it's because Scott was blackmailing him with his father's dirty files.
Aside from Rafael and Elvis, it appears that even Petra's hands are dirty with Scott's death. As seen in a flashback, Petra moved Scott's dead body from the Marbella over to Fairwick property.
"Jane the Virgin" season 3 airs every Monday night at at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
