'iZombie' season 3 spoilers news: Rose McIver shares Liv will be downing a handful of brains this season, including one of Kiwi descent
"iZombie" season 3 is expected to dish a handful of brains out to Liv (Rose McIver), and as McIver herself shares, one of the future victims could have Kiwi roots like the actress herself.
Last time around, McIver hinted that Liv and Major's (Robert Buckley) romance might not happen this third season since Liv is still reeling from her previous heartaches. If anything huge happens to their characters, McIver said it could be great owing to that fact that they "were friends first."
McIver, who is still currently taking a break, managed to grace Australia's Oz Comic Con where she sat down for an interview with Couture Caddy. The actress gamely answered questions about her accent, brains, her favorite TV shows, an upcoming screenplay she's working on, singing, and playing Tinkerbell on "Once Upon a Time."
According to McIver, who is a native of New Zealand, among the many brains she might be chowing down come Fall is a victim with a "New Zealand brain."
"We've actually talked about it a lot," McIver said of a potential New Zealand brain. "There are a few people that Rob Thomas (our showrunner) really wants to get. It's kind of been subject to other people's availability but it will happen and it will be a lot of fun."
Season 3 will further explore the zombie apocalypse's spread across the Seattle metro area, and Enstarz shared that Buckley's character would likewise go through a reinvention this fall. Apparently, Major might also start getting visions, something for the fans to anticipate this coming season.
Meanwhile, in the interview with Couture Caddy, McIver shared that if she could eat a brain in real life, she would most definitely want to eat Donald Trump's brain before the election season closes. It seems McIver, just like most people on the planet now, wants to find out what's going on in the presidential candidate's head.
"I would like to eat the brain of Donald Trump right now and work out what is going on. I need to get inside there. There are so many questions I have," McIver said. "I don't think I would want to take on any of his characteristics, though..."
