One of the most highly anticipated releases in the smartphone market this year is the Apple iPhone 7. Although the company has yet to provide specific details about the handset, the internet has been packed with rumors about the specs and features likely to be contained in the smartphone for months. The iPhone 7 release date has not been confirmed by Apple, but most believe a September 2016 launch would be most likely, in keeping in line with previous iPhone releases.

New rumors have emerged about a possible dual camera technology to be featured in the next generation iPhone.

Although the original dual camera rumor came out a long time ago, a new concept video has surfaced online which shows the interface of how the dual camera could work. The video could also be a good indication that Apple may have already finished the core development of the new iPhone 7.

The concept footage was created by Matt Gonzales from Mac Rumors. The videographer has done a terrific job of showing to the audience the realistic view of how the dual camera would look on the new iPhone screen. Fans will be seeing two cameras on the back of the handset instead of just one shooter they are used to.

The concept shows how the user can see two different views on the screen at the same time from the two cameras on the rear of the phone. One is the standard snapper, while the other one is the zoomed-in camera. Although the dual camera technology is no longer something new for some tech freaks, Apple will be the first company to ever do it by letting the customer use both simultaneously.

If the rumors prove to be true, this new amazing camera feature from Apple could be a game changer.

However, until the Cupertino-based company releases an official statement with regard to the rumored camera feature, it would be safe to take the rumor with a pinch of salt.
