The shocking Season 2 finale of ABC's drama thriller "How to Get Away With Murder" has left a lot of fans on the edge of their seasons. Several followers of the highly successful TV series have still not gotten over the final sequences of the second season, and while the Season 3 of the show is still months away, the fans are searching for rumor reports as early as now to clear up the issues left unanswered.

The fans have become quite impatient to know what's next for the main characters of the show, especially that the shocking ending scenes in the Season 2 finale will surely change the world of some characters. To recall, the finale featured the death of Wes' father, Wallace Mahoney (Adam Arkin). The worst part is that Wallace was shot in front of Wes (Alfred Davis). While Wes appeared to be hugely devastated following the death of a father he had never known before, the "HTGAWM" creator teased that Wes has been through a lot of unfortunate events in his life and he is pretty much mentally and emotionally ready to handle his father's death.

"One year ago, I would have said Wes would have fallen apart and down a spiral, but I think he's been through so much hell now, he's much tougher," "HTGAWM" series creator Peter Nowalk said in an interview with iDigital Times.

"The thing I'm really excited to explore now is what is his relationship with Annalise now. They've been on such opposite sides because she's been aggressively protecting him, but also hiding a secret from him, but now that everything is out on the table, he has to decide whether to trust her. He's alone so I think there's a version where they grow much closer and they work together so that's what is really appealing to me right now."

Nowalk also said that the premiere episode of Season 3 might reveal the real killer of Wallace. However, even though the identity of the killer could be revealed even by the first minute of the episode, he said that the mystery surrounding the murder could go longer.
