'Hawaii Five-0' season 7 spoilers, plot news: Steve and Danny to have deeper bond but more disagreement

"Hawaii Five-0" season 7 will witness the bond between Steven "Steve" McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Daniel "Danny" Williams (Scott Caan) strengthened even more following the former's successful transplant courtesy of the latter giving a portion of his liver.

According to The Entertainment Weekly, "Hawaii Five-0" executive producer Peter Lenkov said that Danny's donation of a part of his liver in order to save Steve's life will bring the two even closer and at the same will be another reason for them to be arguing about. Danny and Steve have always considered each other as a blood brother and the most recent incident just made them literally "blood brothers." This will be a new topic of their arguments considering that Steve leans on tendencies of abusing himself and placing himself on the danger line all the time which was how he ended up jeopardizing his life to begin with and then needing to be saved by Danny.

It will not only be Steve who will be reflecting on life after a terrifying brush with death and an escape from it just by the skin of his teeth. This will also give the people around him something to ponder more profoundly about. Steve will particularly trace his life back. He will contemplate on the loved ones whom he lost, the choices which he made and how these affect him currently, and the reasons and motivations that drive his actions especially in his chosen profession. His operation just made him more aware of the impermanence of life and the sense of leaving a legacy behind. This will make up a significant chunk in the theme of the upcoming "Hawaii Five-0" season 7.

Meanwhile, "Hawaii Five-0" fans will see Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) finding himself on a crossroad of whether or not he will be taking on the challenge of becoming a father to Gabriel Waincroft's (Christopher Sean) daughter. He will also be progressing in his relationship with Abby Dunn (Julie Benz). On the other hand, Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale) and Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) will be rethinking their life as a couple and will have to decide on having a simpler life.

"Hawaii Five-0" will return to CBS for season 7 later this year.
