GTA 6 release date, gameplay rumors: New female character, air missions and cheat codes to be included?

The highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto 6" game has sparked swirling rumors all over the internet. According to the latest rumors, Rockstar Games, the publisher of the GTA franchise, may have suggested that the new installment will be more action-packed with new aerial missions added and a vast choice of weapon available.

Although the projected release of the game will not be for another few years, several speculations about its plot, game settings and new features have already been hot topics online.

According to the latest report from N4BB, Rockstar Games might be focusing their development on more air missions as fans were pretty vocal about the lack of such action thrills. Are they finally hearing what the fans are asking for? People will have to wait for their announcement.

Another rumor that could also be possible is the addition of more weapons. Although there was no shortage of guns even in the previous installments, Rockstar Games might include new weapon designs in the next "GTA" release.

Rumor has it that cheat codes might be available once the "GTA 6" comes out. Fans have been asking for cheat codes and if the rumors prove to be true, Rockstar Games may decide to hear the game followers this time and include it in the next installment.

Meanwhile, according to a report by IGN, there is a big possibility that a female protagonist will be added into the next episode of the series. During an interview, Rockstar Games producer Dan Houser hinted the likelihood of a female character.

"In the future, could we do a game with a lead female character? Of course, we just haven't found the right game for it yet, but it's one of the things we always think about," Houser explained.

"GTA 6" is rumored to be release in 2018; however, all information will stay as rumors until the company makes an official announcement.
