'Grimm' season 6 updates, spoilers: Claire Coffee teases upcoming season's details; Full extent of Magic Stick's ability to be explored?
When "Grimm" season 6 returns this October, the battle between good and evil would be at the forefront of the arc, with Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) and Mayor Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz) figuring in it. Personal struggles among other characters would be at play, too.

At the San Diego Comic-Con held last month, the cast and showrunners of "Grimm" were on hand to answer questions from fans and the press regarding the upcoming season. Claire Coffee, who plays Adalind Schade in the series, sat down for an interview with Showbiz Junkies, and she offered a few teasers for the sixth season.
According to the actress, one of season 6's plotlines would be the shifting alliances among the characters. Apparently, this would cause tensions that would be palpable right from the get-go of the sixth season. Coffee's character, for one, would be dealing with her relationship with her children, particularly her daughter with Renard, Diana (Hannah R. Loyd).
Diana has the potential to be a bad child with her being 3/4 Hexenbiest and 1/4 human. Still, Adalind would try her best to be a good mother to her, and hope that she turns out good, too. Adalind would also be dealing with her main weakness – Nick.
Meanwhile, creator David Greenwalt revealed at SDCC that "Grimm" season 6 would likewise focus on the mysterious healing stick. It appears the tale behind the strange cane, dubbed as the Magic Stick, would be unveiled.
"That's the very big mystery of the season. You're going to see a lot of repercussions, but what is that, where does it come from, how did it get there. They buried it for a reason, for sure," Vine Report quoted Greenwalt as saying.
In related news, Giuntoli teased on the love angle involving his character, Nick, Adalind, and Juliette/Eve (played by his real-life fiancée Bitsie Tulloch). Juliette would be struggling with her evil self, Eve, as she recalls her memory. She would also realize how she treated Nick and would feel a little guilty in the process. This would make things confusing for Nick, who is deeply in love with Adalind.
"Nick wants to be with the woman who wants to kill him the least. I would like it to a showdown in a big, Jerry Springer way," Guintoli told TV Line in an interview.
"Grimm" season 6 premiere is set for Oct. 9, Sunday, on NBC.
