'Grimm' Season 6 spoilers news: Adalind and Nick back together? Upcoming season might be the last

NBC's popular fantasy TV series "Grimm" is nearing its sixth season premiere and the fans are wondering if the budding romance between the Grimm and Eve will last longer. However, according to the latest reports, someone is about to shake things off.

"Grimm" has featured the tandem of Juliette Silverton and Nick Burkhardt for quite a long time now, and it appears that Adalind Schade will not let things go smoothly for the two lovebirds to be together. As far as the fans are concerned, the reunion of Nick and Adalind is not a bad idea after all. Many would actually like to see Adalind getting back together with Nick as the development on the show leading to the two characters' romance has been well-received. Even the actress playing the role of Adalind, Claire Coffee, would want that to happen as well, Parade reported.

According to the actress, the reunion of Nick and Adalind is something that the viewers can easily understand, given the chemistry and long history that the two has shared since day one.

"I think what Adalind would like is to be back with Nick, be happy, and be able to establish a family with him," said Coffee. "I think Adalind firmly believes that Nick and company are on the right side, and she wants to be, too."

Unfortunately, the remaining episodes for Adalind and Nick's reunion might already be numbered as other reports suggest that "Grimm" Season 6 may be the last chapter of the whole series. The Grimm himself, David Giuntoli, revealed that the hype about the TV series return may not last long as the sixth season could wrap up the entire story of the show.

Guintoli said in an interview with TV Insider via Ecumenical News that there are some remaining episodes for the show. although the number is indefinite as the producers may decide to extend the run of the upcoming season. "Grimm" Season 6 is originally set for 13 episodes, but there is a chance that it will be extended up to 18 episodes. Nevertheless, there is a chance that the show will conclude on Season 6.

"I would imagine this will be our last season... Six season seems to be what his shows generally run. We've also heard we might do two more shortened seasons. But either way, we're getting to the end," Guintoli said.
