'Grey's Anatomy' season 13 spoilers: Arizona hesitates to try again with Eliza because of Webber

Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Eliza (Marika Dominczyk) might click in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, but there is something that is stopping the former from taking the plunge.
It turns out that Arizona, while excited to try again after what happened with her and Callie (Sara Ramirez), is hesitant to take the chance because of Webber (James Pickens Jr.), but not in the way some would think.
Capshaw explained during an interview with TV Guide about her character's latest love problem in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 and how she intends to deal with it.
"As long as Eliza represents Richard Webber in any way, shape or form being ousted or compromised, then [Arizona's] not going to be able to wholeheartedly jump into something that feels fresh and new exciting without feeling sort of apologetic about it," the actress explained.
In the first episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, Webber and Eliza clash with handling the shared responsibility of the Residency Program Director.
Arizona is against Eliza kicking out Webber, whom she has worked with for the longest time and has mentored her as well. Her potential love interest's position on the matter is something she cannot contend with.
Capshaw added that her character will not be too thrilled with the idea of passing up what she and Eliza could have. "This stinks," the actress said, as she imagines her character reacting to her dilemma.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will be back with a brand new episode later this month. For the show's first episode for the year, Bailey (Chandra Wilson), Arizona and Jo (Camilla Luddington) will visit a maximum security women's prison.
The trio is brought there to attend to a "violent" 16-year-old girl who is pregnant and is indeed of urgent medical attention.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 returns with episode 10, "You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)," on Thursday, Jan. 19, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
