'Grey's Anatomy' season 12 spoilers: Broken relationships, custody battles?

ABC's medical drama series "Grey's Anatomy," which is now on its season 12, has a knack for drama and situations that involve making a lot of tough decisions. Will Dr. Bailey and Dr. Warren call it quits on their marriage? Is it the end of the love story that the audience has grown to adore? Will April and Jackson patch things up? Is Callie really taking Sophia with her, and moving away from Arizona?
The latest episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 18 titled "There's a Fine, Fine Line" and episode 19 titled "It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)," aired back-to-back last week and left the heart of many fans in shambles. In the two-hour special of "Grey's Anatomy," Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) gave a six-month suspension to her husband, Dr. Ben Warren (Jason George). Dr. Miranda Bailey had no choice but to suspend her husband for six months. The suspension would put a massive dent on his career as a doctor. Will this marriage end in shambles, or will the two doctors fix their soon-to-be broken marriage?
Another relationship is on the rocks as Callie made a tough decision which will definitely affect her relationship with Arizona. Meanwhile, April and Jackson's tandem get on a slightly higher level as she finally started allowing him to be involved in her pregnancy.
The preview for upcoming episode 20, titled "Trigger Happy," shows a young boy has been accidentally shot, and the doctors are going to try hard to save him. But, as always, the plot does not simply end there. There are always twists and turns in the story of the doctors in Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
It looks like many issues will come out on the forefront as a lot of the characters have things to discuss and patch up. Things are going to be heated up in the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy."
