Google Nexus 2016 release date, specs rumors: Smartphone will be rolled out with Android N?

When current smartphones are being given away with price cuts or discounts, people almost always assume that the brand is gearing up for another release. Retailers are offering big discounts on the current Google Nexus model and tech freaks suggested that the company is doing that as they are preparing to launch a new model, the Google Nexus 2016.
Although this has yet to be confirmed by the American tech giant, the current Nexus smartphone deal is a pretty good indication that it is the direction the company is heading to. According to Android Headlines, the current Google Nexus 5X model is being offered on eBay for $229, which started on April 8. The handset had an original price tag of $379 when it came out, which gives it a $150 discount for consumers if they are to buy today. However, the offer could end anytime soon as there is no timetable provided as to how long the discount will last.
Meanwhile, Project Fi, a mobile virtual network operator that is owned by Google, has announced on their Twitter account the deal involving the Nexus 5X. They mentioned that for every customer who decides to buy the current Nexus phone model and activate it with Project Fi will get a huge discount. They will give it for only $199 and the promo will end on May 8. This can definitely be considered as a good deal for everyone who is looking for a new inexpensive.
Speculations have already started to hit the Internet regarding the debut of Google latest operating system, the Android N. According to the report, the highly anticipated software will come out in the market along with the Google Nexus 2016.
No reports have been spotted yet with regard to the upcoming smartphone's specs but Nexus fans expect it to have game-changing designs and features especially if it will be released with the Android N operating system.
