'Girl Meets World' season 3 finale spoilers: 'Boy Meets World' cast members to reunite and help Riley on major life decision

Viewers will have a trip down to memory lane when "Girl Meets World" airs its season 3 finale on Aug. 12. The cast of '90s sitcom "Boy Meets World" are set to reunite, including the two actresses who both portrayed Cory's sister Morgan.

In the photo above, Cory and Topanga are joined by other "Boy Meets World" stars including Shawn (Rider Strong), Harvey (Danny McNulty), Alan (William Russ), Amy (Betsy Randle), Minkus (Lee Norris), Eric (Will Friedle) and Jonathan (Anthony Tyler Quinn). Both actresses who played the role of Cory's sister, Lily Nicksay and Lindsay Ridgeway, will guest star as well. The show's beloved character Mr. Feeny (Williams Daniels) is seated at the center.

An official synopsis for "Girl Meets I Do" has yet to be released, but the writers announced via Twitter that the final episode will see "Boy Meets World" characters help Riley in coming up with a major life decision.

No word on a season renewal yet according to a representative from Disney, but "Girl Meets World" episodes will still be aired next year. "We are wrapping production next week on the third season," a network rep told TVLine. "With episodes airing on Disney Channel into 2017, there's no news to share yet about a fourth season."

Riley's portrayer Rowan Blanchard recently posted a cryptic message on her social media profile â€” fuelling speculations about an end in sight for the series. "I know as much as you guys do," she said. "Filming tonight's episode was very emotional for all of us, so thank you to all of you who came and stuck with us. The family that we created on our set is something I will never truly forget."
