'Game of Thrones' Season 7 premiere date, plot spoilers: Premiere to be delayed; What will happen in Cersei and Tyrion's reunion?

The fans of the highly successful HBO fantasy series "Game of Thrones" were in for a shocking season finale last month as several major characters had their extreme ups and downs. The upcoming seventh season of the TV show based on George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series is expected to feature some of the greatest confrontation in the show's history. However, the fans may have to count additional days until the series' return.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 is expected to arrive next year, although its premiere date might be a little later than the usual. The TV series' showrunners themselves, David Benioff and D. B. Weiss revealed that the seventh season premiere of "Game of Thrones" will begin later than the usual schedule, according to the Hollywood Reporter . The reason for the delay is quite ironic as the production team wants to wait for the Northern Hemisphere's wintry weather before they proceed with filming the scenes. This would be perfect for the show's popular tagline, "Winter is here."
The first episode of every "Game of Thrones" season begins sometime between March and April. With the planned winter shooting schedule of the show for Season 7, the premiere of the series next year can be expected to fall on a much later date.
"We don't have an air date yet," the creators revealed. "We're starting a bit later because at the end of this season, 'Winter is here,' and that means that sunny weather doesn't really serve our purposes anymore. So we kind of pushed everything down the line, so we could get some grim, gray weather even in the sunnier places that we shoot."
Season 7 will show more of the characters' fate as they finally made it to the major turning point of their lives. Specifically, Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), after several seasons of being known as the King's wife and mother, has finally become the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. Her evil manipulations led her into killing the entire Faith militants in King's Landing, along with all of her family's sworn enemies. With the High Septon and the majority of the Tyrells obliterated, Cersei seems to be unstoppable.
However, as reported by Movie Pilot, the prophesized end of Westeros' new leader may come next season. It is highly speculated that Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) will be the younger brother in the prophecy that will strangle Cersei to death. Tyrion is now on his way back to Westeros with Daenerys Targaryen to bring down its reigning leader, thus hinting on Cersei's prophesized death coming to fruition.
