'Game of Thrones' season 6 spoilers, plot news: Carice van Houten hints Melisandre's fate after the resurrection of Jon Snow
In the wake of the second episode of "Game of Thrones" season 6, fans of the epic HBO series are now itching to see what happens in next week's episode.

As seen last Sunday, Jon Snow (Kit Harington) was resurrected by Melisandre's (Carice Van Houten) magical powers, ending all the rumors that the actor won't be returning for more episodes. "Sorry!" Harington told Entertainment Weekly in an exclusive interview.. "I'd like to say sorry for lying to everyone. I'm glad that people were upset that he died. I think my biggest fear was that people were not going to care. Or it would just be, 'Fine, Jon Snow's dead.' But it seems like people had a, similar to the Red Wedding episode, kind of grief about it. Which means something I'm doing — or the show is doing — is right."
Van Houten recently caught up with People where she talked about Melisandre's fate after bringing life back to Jon. "She's not going to recover 100 percent, but she did a pretty big thing that people will be thankful for," the actress explained. "I think what's going to happen is that they're going to say, 'Thank you' and now 'Goodbye.' We'll see." After saving the Lord Commander from death, it seems like the Red Woman is less likely to be killed in the upcoming episode.
In the promo clip, Jon Snow is seen rising from the dead, as he walks among his surprised allies. Arya is seen brushing up her fighting skills while still remaining blind. Meanwhile, Ramsey has a visitor stating "I have a gift for you," while Daenerys is still held captive by the Dothraki. The official synopsis reads: "Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) meets her future. Bran meets the past. Tommen confronts the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce). Arya (Maisie Williams) trains to be No One. Varys (Conleth Hill) finds an answer. Ramsay gets a gift."
"Game of Thrones" season 6 episode 3 titled "Oathbreaker" airs May 8, Sunday 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
