There have been speculations regarding the condition of Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) since she was married to Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon). Even before the sixth season of HBO's highly popular fantasy series "Game of Thrones" premiered, there is already a growing rumor that Sansa will be seen carrying Ramsay's child. While the people behind the successful TV series have nothing to reveal to the fans regarding the rumor, there are signs which tell that Sansa is expecting her first child with the psychopath ruler of the North.

The first scene of Episode 5 titled "The Door" shows Sansa having a conversation with Littlefinger (Aiden Gillen). The two talked about Ramsay's demand on returning Sansa to him and the possible consequences if they do not give in to the mad Bolton's wishes. Sansa seems to be coming to terms with her wretched husband's evil ways, contrary to what she said in the previous episodes describing Ramsay as a "monster" holding his brother Rickon (Art Parkinson) as captive. From this scene, many fans believe that Sansa is in fact having a child with Ramsay, Yibada reported.

Furthermore, there was a scene of Sansa's older half-brother, Jon Snow (Kit Harington), taking notice of his sister's new dress. Sansa's new attire is now more concealed as if she is trying to hide something in the surface of her body. This is another hint that Sansa is trying to keep her pregnancy as a secret for the meantime. The fourth episode of Season 6 where the Stark siblings reunited shows a scene where Sansa is having problems eating her meal, possibly due to the early symptoms of her pregnancy.

There are some who believe that Sansa's pregnancy will only cause her character to be destroyed once more after finally standing up for her own this season. However, there are also speculations that Sansa will be able to use Ramsay's child to unite Bolton's loyalists to their family's followers for her own advantage. After all, Sansa is trying to reclaim Winterfell that was taken over by the House Bolton after the fall of the Starks.
