Galaxy Note Edge Release Date, Specs: FCC Approved Limited Edition Concept

Samsung has recently showed off its very own Galaxy Note Edge and confirmed that the FCC approved its limited edition concept.
The Galaxy Note Edge phablet is also going for FCC certifications from Sprint and Verizon.
However, there are no exact dates announced on the U.S. release date yet.
The phablet was introduced alongside Galaxy Note 4. Unsurprisingly, these two Samsung innovations are very similar when it comes to specs. What takes the advantage in the Note Edge is its unique curve display that is an extension of the 5.6-inch Quad HD screen.
The curved edge is located at the right part of the screen which allows users to have multiple access and views to other apps. The apps that are see in the curve can be customized according to the user's preferences.
The simple app navigation tool will also allow the users to navigate other features without interfering with the main screen.
Aside from the easy navigation, it allows users to view notifications even when the cover is on.
The Note Edge will be available in Frost White and Charcoal Black.
Meanwhile, KDDI, a Japanese carrier, announced that they are going to release the Galaxy Note Edge on Oct. 23. They are the first carrier to announce a confirmed release date for the phablet.
Japan, U.S., China and Korea are the first areas that are expected to have the Galaxy Note Edge initial release.
As for Canada, Samsung Canada already confirmed that the Galaxy Note Edge will be released in 2015 for their area.
Samsung UK, however, has been tight lipped with the details of the release. It has been speculated that they are also delaying the Note Edge's release.
