'Fresh off the Boat' season 2 spoilers: Louis and the kids spend "quality time"
In this week's episode of "Fresh off the Boat," Louis and Jessica exchange roles after the former met an accident that fractured his leg.

Louis takes pride in managing the restaurant he always dreamed of, named the "Cattleman's Ranch." However, he breaks his leg in an accident forcing him to stay home with the kids while Jessica takes over the restaurant. Louis remained to be the fun-loving father all throughout the first and second season, but the latest episode called "Tight Two" revealed a surprising twist to the story.
Apparently, Louis fears the prospect of having one-on-one time with Eddie, Emery and Evan. With Louis finally giving in, he folds under pressure, to the point permitting the kids to draw on his cast, then leaving them to remove it altogether. The unfortunate event cost Louis a visit to the hospital waiting room wherein he spent hours before he was aided.
Louis has always been known to be fun and cool dad, but after being forced to stay home, he realizes how difficult it is to entertain his three boys. Meanwhile, Jessica struggles in managing the staff as well, along with the launch of the takeout service in Cattleman's Ranch.
Similar to Louis, Jessica was having a hard time managing the apathetic wait staff, resulting to the low amount of tip the customers give them. With Jessica losing her temper completely, the day did not go well either. She hangs up the phone on a huge party which supposedly will be held at their restaurant, ending in a big loss for their business. As a result, both the husband and wife realized that there are certain roles they really can't expect the other one to do.
"Tight Two" was written by Keith Heisler and directed by Lynn Shelton. ABC's 'Fresh off the Boat' airs Tuesdays, 8:00-8:30 p.m. EDT.
