The Rev. Franklin Graham of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association recently took to social media to encourage fellow Christians to boycott the Wells Fargo bank after the company ran a commercial showing a same-sex couple adopting a child.

The commercial shows two lesbian women learning American Sign Language as they prepare to adopt a child who is deaf.

Franklin Graham, son to evangelist Billy Graham, took to his Facebook page recently to denounce the commercial and encourage Christians to take their business to a different bank.

"Have you ever asked yourself – how can we fight the tide of moral decay that is being crammed down our throats by big business, the media, and the gay & lesbian community?" Graham recently wrote on his Facebook page.

"Every day it is something else! Tiffany's started advertising wedding rings for gay couples. Wells Fargo bank is using a same-sex couple in their advertising. And there are more," he said, adding, "But it has dawned on me that we don't have to do business with them."

"And guess what — we don't have to shop at Tiffany & Co., there are plenty of other jewelry stores," Graham wrote, adding that Christians " have the power of choice."

The head of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association added that his ministry group will now be moving their accounts to a different bank than Wells Fargo.
