A sixth video by the Center for Medical Progress has been released showing a former lab technician telling the activist group that sometimes Planned Parenthood workers did not ask for the woman's consent before using aborted fetal tissue for research.

In the video, the "ex-procurement technician," who worked for a clinic that partnered with Planned Parenthood, tells the camera that she witnessed Planned Parenthood employees fail to receive a woman's consent before donating aborted fetal tissue for research.

It is required that when performing an abortion, the woman gives permission for her tissue to be donated for scientific research.

"There were times when they would just take what they wanted, and these mothers don't know," the former technician, Holly O'Donnell, says in the video.

O'Donnell also appeared in third video filmed by the Center for Medical Progress regarding Planned Parenthood, in which she said that the abortion provider does benefit from the donation of aborted fetal tissue.

"For whatever we could procure, they would get a certain percentage," O'Donnell, who previously worked at StemExpress, told the camera in a previous Planned Parenthood video. "The main nurse was always trying to make sure we got our specimens. No one else really cared, but the main nurse did because she knew that Planned Parenthood was getting compensated."

"StemExpress is a company that hires procurement techs to draw blood and dissect dead fetuses and sell the parts to researchers," she said. "They've partnered with Planned Parenthood and they get part of the money because we pay them to use their facilities. And they get paid from it. They do get some kind of benefit."
