'Fire Emblem Heroes' tips and tricks: How to maximize gameplay
Intelligent Systems and Nintendo launched "Fire Emblem Heroes," and there are some ways as to how players can maximize their potential in playing it. Meanwhile, the creators of the title are planning to continuously update the game with new stories and characters.
The mobile spin-off game of the "Fire Emblem" series titled "Fire Emblem Heroes" was recently launched for iOS and Android, and it features a free-to-play tactical role-playing game where players rely on the currency of orbs to advance in the game while having the flexibility of choosing their own team of heroes.
Video Games Republic shared several things that players can take advantage of to enhance their gameplay.
After setting up the game on the device, the player can obtain 10 free Orbs by linking a Nintendo Account to "Fire Emblem Heroes." These Orbs can also be used to summon a random character, which the player should use for a five-star character since these types are the rarest to come across.
During a battle, the player must strategically choose characters to ensure a solid defense and strong offense. It is recommended that the gamer has one of the heavy hitters, the long range attackers, a healer, and an all-rounder. At the same time, the gamer must check the opponent's range of attackers to easily match game plans and the first line of defense.
Another feature that gamers can maximize is the PvP game mode. Different challenges are made available while players have the freedom to choose which one they would like to engage in. Rewards will keep on coming in as long as the team of heroes continues to win.
IGN reports that game director Kouhei Maeda shared that they are planning to continue developing the game in terms of new content.
"We plan to add new stories continually after release, at a pace of about two a month or one every two weeks. We also plan to add things like new characters and skills, as well as new game modes that go in different directions from the current gameplay," Maeda explained.
Gamers can expect new updates for "Fire Emblem Heroes" from time to time.
