'Final Fantasy 7' remake release date updates news: Golden Saucer's mini games to be featured? 3-in-one bundled version expected in 2019?
Fans have been waiting for more information regarding the planned "Final Fantasy 7" remake by Square Enix. As the said video game is one of the greatest and most successful action fantasy adventure video game ever played by the gaming fans worldwide, the game developer company is expected to bring out their best and do the remake justice. As the original "Final Fantasy 7" video game has a lot of classic game features and mini-games, Square Enix is expected to bring back a few of these original contents to the remake. According to the most recent reports, the Golden Saucers mini-games will make an appearance in the remake.

In an interview of Square Enix game producer Yoshinori Kitase with Dengeki Playstation (via Gematsu), he revealed that they are planning to include popular mini-games from the original video game that fans will still find enjoyable years after.
"We want to put the mini-games that remain favorable among fans in as much as possible. Development staff is also thinking about what to do with the mini-games," Kitase said. The players' reception of the Golden Saucer's mini-games in "Final Fantasy 7" was positive, as playing the special games had offered a short but refreshing break from the action-packed game storyline of "Final Fantasy 7."
As reported by the Yibada website, the fans could also expect other classic mini-games from the original "Final Fantasy 7" video game such as the "Mog House," "Chocobo Racing," and "G Bike" to make an appearance in the remake. The fans may also find enjoyment with these previous mini-games, with "Chocobo Racing" being a memorable and vital component of the original "Final Fantasy 7" installment. However, much can still be done if ever Square Enix decided to include the old mini-games as there can be certain improvements that can be implemented in the remake. For example, there could be additional levels and an easier breeding system in the mini-games.
Meanwhile, the "Final Fantasy 7" remake is expected to have an episodic released, as Kitase revealed in an interview with the Game Informer that he and other Square Enix bosses have finally come up with an agreement regarding the total number of episodes of the "FF7" remake. Also, the remake will have a bundled release with all episodes of the game included. It is expected that the bundled version of "Final Fantasy 7" remake will be released sometime in 2019.
