'Final Fantasy' 3, 4, 7 and 8 PC release date news: Games confirmed to be physically released on PC

Game developer and publisher, Square Enix, has decided to release "Final Fantasy" 3, 4, 7 and 8 on PC platform in box sets.
"Final Fantasy" fanatics are definitely going to be thrilled as some of the game's past installments are going to get on PC next month. According to Video Gamer, the physical release will happen as per the listings on Amazon. This is certainly going to be great for both the fans and Square Enix especially that the company is set to release another installment of the game in September.
Die-hard fans of "Final Fantasy" will be able to add the physical box sets to their collections. Game developers and publishers rarely release physical copies of games in these digital times. If they do, fans buy it not to play with it but for the sake of collecting it.
The four titles will be release in two separate bundles. "Final Fantasy 7 and 8 will be bundled together, while Final Fantasy 3 and 4 will be bundled separately. Each bundle is listed in Amazon with a price tag of £19.99 or $29.0539. According to the listing, both box sets will be available on May 27. Players will have to make sure they have a DVD player on their PC as all games will be in DVD format.
"Final Fantasy" gamers will also have to take note that each game does not contain the full game. Video Gamer suggested that they will have to connect to the internet and download the full version of each game.
It is believed that the company meant to do it that way as part of their anti-piracy measure. These bundles are definitely the cheapest you can get for any "Final Fantasy" game. It is certainly a keeper for every fan of this science fiction and fantasy media franchise.
Meanwhile, "Final Fantasy XV" is expected to come out on Sept. 30 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
