'Fast 8" news: Set videos show cars being thrown out of buildings and blown on ice ala-'Fury Road'

Fans who have been following the "Fast & Furious" franchise know that each installment somehow finds a way to pull one over its predecessors. Hence, fans can only expect things to get more explosive in "Fast 8," the latest installment that's coming out in the second quarter of 2017.
As Screen Crush pointed out, the brainstorming that takes place for this movie franchise must be filled with all sorts of crazy ideas like car-dropping planes or determined drivers driving cars into, through, and across buildings.
The video that Screen Crush shared gives off a "Mad Max"-esque vibe to it, so much so viewers might think "Fury Road" was put on ice. "Fast 8" star Tyrese Gibson and director F. Gary Gray take fans of the movie on location for the first look of a rather ruthless sequence shot in Iceland.
Collider also shared a fan-captured video from the set of "Fast 8" that shows cars being dropped out of a parking garage. This clip was from Cleveland, where some scenes from the movie were simultaneously shot, and user Y2kSurvivor uploaded it to Imgur.
The videos are nothing short of amazing, and if these were any indication, fans would definitely be in for a treat once the movie starts showing. The production team has certainly upped the ante in this latest installment, and at this rate, there doesn't seem to by any limit to what else they would pack into the film.
Vin Diesel, Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Kurt Russell, Ludacris, and Jason Statham will be reprising their roles from past installments while Charlize Theron will join the movie as a new villain, along with "Game of Thrones" star Kristofer Hivju as her henchman.
"Fast 8" hits theaters on April 14, 2017.
